ONSTREAM MEDIA SIGNS MARKETPLACE365 AGENT AGREEMENT WITH THE TRADE SHOW EXHIBITORS ASSOCIATION (TSEA)

POMPANO BEACH, FL – February 10, 2010 - Onstream Media Corporation ( OTC: ONSM), a leading online service provider of live and on-demand internet video, corporate web communications and content management applications, today announced that the Trade Show Exhibitors Association (tsea.org) has entered into an Agent Agreement to market Onstream Media's MarketPlace365 platform to TSEA's members, vendors and sponsors. TSEA is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, with regional chapters throughout the United States and Canada.

For more than 40 years, TSEA has been providing knowledge to marketing and management professionals who use exhibits, events and face-to-face marketing to promote and sell their products, as well as to those who supply them with products and services. TSEA selected Onstream Media's MarketPlace365 due to the breadth and depth of its features and quick time to market. Onstream Media's MarketPlace365 is an all encompassing lead generation, social media marketing and comprehensive communications platform that enables publishers, associations, trade show promoters and entrepreneurs to rapidly and cost effectively self-deploy their own highly profitable, online virtual marketplaces.

TSEA's primary goal is to increase the value it delivers to its loyal membership and MarketPlace365 will enable the non-profit association to do just that. In addition, TSEA plans to leverage the quality content of its new Red Diamond Educational Seminars, which will be made available through the new MarketPlace365 virtual trade show.

"Onstream Media's MarketPlace365 platform enables TSEA to virtually add to our association of like-minded professionals from around the world. We can continue to share information, collaborate and conduct business beyond our borders." said Margit B. Weisgal, CME, President & CEO of TSEA. "We also like the fact that MarketPlace365 can leverage and integrate many of Onstream's advanced digital media applications such as webcasting, web conferencing, archiving, user generated video, customized players, video advertising, secure streaming, content syndication and pay-per-view functionality directly into the platform. This allows for an enhanced user experience and even greater revenue generation in the future."

"We're pleased another leading, well established exhibition industry association has selected MarketPlace365 to extend the value of their association to their members, vendors and sponsors," said Randy Selman, President & CEO, Onstream Media. With their extensive industry experience and network of trade show executives, TSEA is an ideal partner for Onstream Media to expand Markeplace365's utilization throughout the global trade show business.
