All Mobile Video Partners with Onstream Media to Offer Webcast Services and Digital Asset Management Solutions

POMPANO BEACH, FL – November 20, 2007 – Onstream Media Corporation ( OTC: ONSM), a leading webcast services provider, announced today that New York based All Mobile Video (AMV), one of New York’s largest video production companies has agreed to integrate Onstream Media’s Visual Webcaster on-site webcasting systems into their production studios to offer their clients a seamless webcasting solution.  All Mobile Video and Onstream Media, after several years of cooperative production of webcasts, have created this partnership to promote and produce webcasting as well as digital asset management solutions.  As a leading video broadcasting company in New York, AMV operates seven production studios in Manhattan, 21 video satellite and production trucks and has 200 employees.
