NHL Launches Stanley Cup Video, "Canada's SuperFan," Sponsored by Bud Light and Powered by Onstream

Expansion in User-Generated Video Content Opens New Channel of Fan Involvement & Advertising

POMPANO BEACH, FL – April 26, 2007 – Onstream Media Corporation ( OTC: ONSM), a leading online service provider of live and on-demand, digital media communications and applications, today announced a partnership with the National Hockey League (NHL) to provide instant video uploading and delivery services as part of a new user generated video promotion entitled, "Canada's SuperFan,” sponsored by Bud Light.

The NHL employed part of Onstream Media's Digital Media Services Platform (DMSP) which provides a comprehensive suite of tools that automate the uploading, transcoding, hosting and streaming of both user-generated video content as well as professional video productions over the Internet. Onstream’s DMSP automatically supports a wide variety of media player formats and end-user devices and connection bandwidths to ensure a universal, high-quality digital media experience.

“Adding rich social media capabilities, like user-generated video submissions, is an ideal way for the NHL and its sponsors to develop and extend their relationship with fans,” said Randy Selman, president and chief executive officer of Onstream Media. “Needless to say, we’re excited to be working with the NHL and look forward to extending our relationship and providing even greater new media capabilities, such as video search, indexing, encoding and ad insertion capabilities to more effectively monetize their content and increase viewer stickiness over time.”

The contest encourages Canadian residents to upload personal videos onto the NHL Connect community site, located at http://fans.nhl.com/nhlconnect/CanadasSuperfan, showing why they should be considered Canada’s most blatant NHL Super Fan. The individual with the winning video entry will receive a trip for two, accommodations, air travel and two tickets to attend Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Finals.

You must be 21 years of age or above and a resident of Canada, excluding Quebec, to enter the contest which is open now through May 22, 2007. Additional prizes are awarded for 2nd and 3rd place contestants, along with weekly prize drawings. To learn more about the contest and how to submit a video, along with the ground rules, go to http://fans.nhl.com/nhlconnect/CanadasSuperfan.

“The NHL is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to engage its loyal fans and attract new fans,” said Keith Ritter, President, NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises. “Thanks to Onstream Media and Bud Light, the contest provides another exciting avenue for the NHL to interact with our fans on a completely new level.”

About the NHL:

The National Hockey League, founded in 1917, is the second-oldest of the four major professional team sports leagues in North America. Today, the NHL consists of 30 Member Clubs, each reflecting the League’s international makeup, with players from more than 20 countries represented on team rosters. According to a Simmons Market Research study, NHL fans are educated, tech-savvy and the youngest of all of the fans of any other professional sport. The NHL entertains more than 100 million fans each season in-arena and through its partners in national television (VERSUS, NBC, TSN, CBC, RDS, RIS, NASN, NHL Network and HDNet) and radio (Westwood One, Sirius and XM Radio). Through the NHL Foundation, the League’s charitable arm, the NHL raises money and awareness for Hockey Fights Cancer, Hockey’s All-Star Kids and NHL Diversity, and supports the charitable efforts of all NHL players.
