Go Green Expo Plans to Go Virtual, Utilizing Onstream Media's MarketPlace365T Platform

Go Green Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Green Light Expo

POMPANO BEACH, FL – April 13, 2011 - Onstream Media Corporation ( OTC: ONSM), a leading online service provider of live and on-demand Internet broadcasting, corporate web communications and virtual marketplace technology, today announced Go Green Expo, the nation's premiere eco-friendly event organizer, has indicated that it plans to go virtual utilizing Onstream Media's comprehensive MarketPlace365T Platform this June. Go Green Expo will be holding its Go Green Expo annual tradeshow (http://www.gogreenexpo.com) in Los Angeles on April 15 through April 17, where it will introduce and explain the concept of its new virtual marketplace.

In addition, Go Green Expo has announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Green Light Expo, a virtual green exhibition currently utilizing Onstream Media's MarketPlace365T virtual tradeshow platform. Combining Green Light Expo's existing base of exhibitors and sponsors with Go Green Expo, creates one of the largest green-focused virtual conferences in the industry with well over 1,000 potential exhibitors, sponsors and other participants.

"We felt the time was right to practice what we preach, reduce our own carbon footprint and move in a more environmentally friendly direction," said Bradford Rand, CEO of Go Green Expo. "By acquiring Green Light Expo, we're able to 'hit the ground running' and build upon an already successful virtual event model that's also developed around Onstream Media's MarketPlace365 Platform."

This year's Go Green Expo will feature some of the industry's leading thought leaders, authors and activists, such as Ed Begley Jr., Mariel Hemingway, Paul Watson, Eric Cory Freed and Jen Boulden. Some of these same speakers and other notable presenters are expected to soon become part of Go Green Expo's virtual Auditorium and Learning Center. Go Green Expo also features big name sponsors, such as Home Depot, Mitsubishi, Coco Eco Magazine, Los Angeles Times, The Ultimate Green Store and others.

"The new virtual Go Green Expo will take advantage of MarketPlace365's full suite of services, enabling it to showcase some of the most innovative thinking, green products and services available today," said Randy Selman, President and CEO of Onstream Media. "It's also gratifying to see how MarketPlace365 is tailor-made for associations, publishers and other event organizers to form alliances in their respective vertical markets. We expect to see more partnerships, mergers and acquisitions like this as more and more ventures fully understand and begin to tap into the future potential of these vertical-oriented, online communities."

About Go Green Expo:

Launched by Bradford Rand and his team at Expo International, the idea was conceived after he viewed the film "An Inconvenient Truth." As a producer of over 800 shows and job fairs since 1993, he knew that a showcase of all of the latest and greatest eco-friendly products would make for a solid new trade show.

Each event features hundreds of companies that have products or services that are going green or are already eco-friendly. From eco-fashion, baby & pet items and health & organic food to hybrid cars and home & building products, there is something for everyone who is interested in reducing their carbon footprint. Speakers, leaders and authors such as Ed Begley Jr., Mariel Hemingway, Josh Dorfman, David Bach, Kevin Wall, Eric Corey Freed and Robin Wilson have all spoken at Go Green Expo to help educate both business owners and everyday consumers about the benefits of living a greener lifestyle. Even the event itself is environmentally friendly, utilizing a ZERO Carbon footprint approach to event production. Biodegradable trash bags, eco-friendly printing, table coverings, recycled signs, compostable sponsor banners and paperless ticketing and more.

The inaugural Go Green Expo took place in New York City in April of 2008 with 250+ exhibits, 50+ speakers, and an eco-film festival, with nearly 10,000 participating. Shows are now held nationally in Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia and Atlanta. The organization also produces Eco-Luxe, a press and media event for sustainable luxury brands and Eco Forum, a networking reception for sustainability executives.
