Dec 1, 2006

POMPANO BEACH, FL – December 1, 2006 – Onstream Media Corporation (OTC: ONSM), a leading online service provider of live and on-demand, digital media communications and applications, announced today it will be among an extensive list of participants in the observance of World AIDS Day to be held December 1st and 2nd, providing webcasting services in support of a series of 5 live webcasts being held by TeenAIDS-PeerCorps Inc. The Webcasts can be accessed at http://www.teenaids.org.

Over a twenty-four hour period, youth in the U.S. and worldwide will be involved in the first live webcast for teens about AIDS in 14 major languages and over 65 nations. “This unique cyberspace event has never before been held on a global scale. The goal is to get teenagers’ attention and encourage them to learn facts about HIV/AIDS prevention,” said Dr. John B. Chittick, Ed.D., executive director of TeenAIDS-PeerCorps Inc., a charitable organization staffed by volunteers. “Dr. John” as he is known to teens worldwide, has recently completed a solo Global AIDS Prevention Walk to 76 countries when 200,000 youth were trained as peer teachers. “I am taking off my walking shoes so we can train youth via cyberspace. Onstream Media is a major supporter of this effort.”

“We are pleased to have been selected to provide our global webcasting infrastructure and services to take the TeenAIDS’ message to a world-wide audience,” said Randy Selman, president and Chief Executive Officer of Onstream Media. “We applaud the efforts of Dr. Chittick and his team of volunteers in their mission to educate the teenage youth about such a critically important health concern.”

About TeenAIDS-PeerCorps Inc. Based in Massachusetts, TeenAIDS-PeerCorps was established in 1997 as a 501c3 non-profit. Dr. Chittick’s ground-breaking research at Harvard predicted the current youth pandemic was the basis of the oldest website on the internet for teens and AIDS (1994).
